A Celebration

The whole family gathered together in South Bend to celebrate Grandpa and Grandma's 60th Anniversary.  Here they are looking pretty for the family photo shoot and celebration dinner!

 Brooke has made some major strides in her physical development this past month.  She is now a confident sitter and crawler!

 Paying homage to her Chicago roots.

 She adores Dixie.

And Dixie adores her too.

Getting to Dixie has been a big crawling motivator for Brooke.  Now she's trying to use her for pulling up!

 I tried to put her in the usual chair for her 7 month photo, but I quickly realized as she began lunging out of the chair towards me that sitting there wasn't going to happen!

 Taking her picture this month consisted of a lot of crawling, rolling around, tackling the elephant, eating the elephant, eating the sticker...

 She crawled over to where Ellie was reading nearby and tried to pull-up on her back.
