Oh my goodness- where did the fall go?!  Somehow it got away from me, so now after sorting through a mess of an email inbox I will now attempt to catch up on some picture posting.  Looks like I left off in time for Soccer Saturdays!  Our fall Saturdays were once again full of soccer fun.  Justin coached both teams - the Raspberries and the Tornadoes.  Many of the girls on Ellie's team have been together now for three seasons and it has been really cool to watch them all grow together.  I think that Clara will be taking a soccer break in the spring, but hopefully she will decide to take it up again next fall as being a part of a team is great for the girls.

The Raspberries played on a full field this season and are beginning to learn the different positions.

Playing goalie was a big deal!

Did you see my goal, Mom?!

The Chicago Triathlon was a fun event and exciting to watch. Above, the boys are getting ready to brave a frigid swim in the lake.

1.5K swim | 40K bike | 10K run | 51.5K total
They all finished well!!!

We had high hopes of going to our first and only Reds game of the season.  We tried waiting out the stormy weather at Graeters.

The game was postponed, but they still set off the fireworks during a break in the rain.

I couldn't capture a good picture on my phone - either too dark or the flash was too bright on the girls.  Anyway, they had a fun watching Labor Day fireworks in Cincinnati.

The only kids at the party.  Someone treated them to "Elsa braids!"

11 inches gone and donated to Locks of Love.

Back to Chicago!  CNA sent us this time as Justin was presented with the Chairman's Award.

Had a fun "date weekend" out on the town and visiting with friends.

 Meet the teacher day...Mrs. Kellogg

It's finally Clara's turn!  First day of 4 year-old preschool.

Clara's first official day with her entire class was also her half birthday.  Celebrating 4 1/2 with "birthday pancakes!"
